Show Time
June 3rd, 2006With a Friday in May off from school we visited Marine World for the first time in several years. The girls weren’t interested in the rides; they were totally interested in the animal shows.
With the show program in hand, we scheduled our day, planning to go from show to show. It took us from opening at 10 a.m. to closing at 7 p.m. to see all the shows and hop on a few rides. Our favorite shows included:
- The Dolphin Harbor Show
- Shouka’s “Splashtime” Show, with antics by Shouka the killer whale and Merlin, an Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphin
- Seasil and Odie in the Bermuda Rectangle, with California Sea Lions and Harbor Seals
